I started my fitness journey fresh out of high school with little direction—just a desire to find meaning and become the version of myself I’d always dreamed of. I’d watch women online achieving their goals, building their dream careers, and living with confidence. I didn’t know what I wanted to do yet, but I knew I could start by showing up to the gym and proving to myself that I was capable of growth, discipline, and consistency.
Four years later, fitness has become so much more than just a physical journey. It gave me hope when I felt lost, taught me discipline when I had none, and showed me that I can do hard things and keep the promises I make to myself.
